How to Order

To place an order, send the submission via my email or through dm (instagram or X) using the information above.

Please provide good quality images of your character.

Below are my terms of service for my commissions, along with additional information to keep the process easy going!

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service, so please read it carefully : )

Will DRAW: Fanart, ocs, humanoid characters, hyrbid characters, couples/pairings, friends, props, weapons

Will NOT DRAW: Gore, NSFW, Complex mecha designs, offensive material

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund the commission at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless any of the terms have been broken.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, socials, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.

I have the right to alter my terms of service at any time. New rules will not be effective to commissions that began with older terms.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

Commissions are for personal use only. The final commission can be used on social medias with credit to the artist. (@ashy_arte/Fwuffybunnybro or profile link)

Do not trace, edit, resell, make prints for distribution or make profit from the commission. Printing the final commission for personal usage is fine.

Do not use the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators and anything related to these listed.

Do not use the final commission for commercial purposes.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork without the artist's consent.

Full refund- The net amount recieved after the Papal transaction fee deduction.

The client is not allowed to refund once the artist has started working on the commission. If the artist has not started the commission, the client can recieve a full refund.

If the client cancels the order before it is started, a full refund can be issued.

Do not file chargebacks. Please contact me first to resolve any issues.

Full or 50% of payment must be paid upfront before beginning the commission.

I only accept payment through Paypal with invoices. Once the commission is confirmed, I will send you an invoice through Paypal.

If the initial payment is not paid within the 7 days that I send the invoice, the commission will be cancelled. Once the full or 50% payment amount is paid, I will begin the commission.

The commission may take from 2 weeks to a month depending on the commission the client has requested, amount of commission slots I open, and my work schedule at the time. I will keep you updated on the commission's progress and if it takes longer than originally planned, I will inform you right away and we can discuss it.

The process is divided into three stages: Sketch, clean/lined drawing with base colors (if applicable), and finished artwork.

The finished artwork will be delivered via email in .png format.

There is 4 revision requests that are included in the commission price.

A fee will be added if the client wants to add a change to the final commissioned piece. (Unless there was a misunderstanding on my part)

If the client requests to change something on the commission that was previously approved, a fee will be charged for the alteration. The amount will vary depending on the change that is requested.
